The New Jersey Society for Respiratory Care (NJSRC) is pleased to announce the scholarship award winners in New Jersey’s Respiratory Therapy programs. Each recipient has met the criteria of good standing in second year programs, scholarly competence GPA of 3.25 or higher, membership in AARC, volunteer in community service, and effective communication skills concerning commitment to the Respiratory profession.

- Jessica Ganly, County College of Morris
- Kimberly Stanton, UMDNJ / South
- Russell Bravo, UMDNJ / North
Recipients expressed their medical experiences such as Emergency Medical Technicians, CPR instructors, or even having received medical care themselves. They discussed their dedication to their programs. Their prospects for future professional development included completion of Advanced Cardiac Life Support or Pediatric Advanced Life Support programs, Neonatal Care, or simply being the best therapist which they are capable of being. The five hundred dollar scholarships will be awarded by their respective program directors. We wish our new students much success in their careers and in personally contributing to the success of our profession.
