Goals for the NJSRC
- Promote the growth of Respiratory Therapy through education and increased awareness of the profession.
- Promote increased professional and student enrollment to both the NJSRC and the AARC as well as increased student involvement in NJSRC activities.
- Promote and develop corporate partnerships to develop the advancement of Respiratory Therapy.
- Increase NJSRC CEU opportunity awareness.
- Increase the NJSRC virtual and social media presence in efforts to improve profession awareness and involvement.

NJSRC Activities: President, President-Elect, Secretary, Chair Disaster Committee, member Education Committee. Presenter at the AARC poster presentation, and the NJSRC Shore Conference.

Goals for the NJSRC:
- Goals for the future of NJSRC include increased membership, more educational opportunities, improved communication with our members and being a voice of our membership to AARC, and NJ Licensing Board.

Goals for the NJSRC:
- For the NJSRC to continue to grow and promote the field of Respiratory Care in New Jersey.
- To increase participation of the members in the state.
- To educate the younger generation on the many benefits of the field of respiratory care. This can be achieved by reaching out to our high schools and becoming more involved in events, such as career day or career fairs.

Goals for the NJSRC:
- Help foster enhanced active engagement with the NJSRC by RT colleagues in NJ.
- Help establish strategic partnerships between NJSRC and corporate stakeholders such as hospital systems, equipment manufacturers and educational institutions.
- Continue to support educational initiatives offered by the NJSRC in the form of giving lectures and recruiting speakers for NJSRC-sponsored events.
