As a State Society, join in congratulating Al Heuer, PhD, MBA, RRT, RPFT as being the latest NJ inductee as a Fellow of the American Association of Respiratory Care (FAARC).
This award was established in 1998 to recognize those individuals who have made a profound and lasting contribution to the profession of respiratory care and to the AARC. Having met these criteria due to his numerous achievements, Al was nominated for and selected by his peers for this prestigious recognition and honor.
Al has served the profession with honor and commitment. His advocacy for quality patient care coupled with numerous voluntary contributions and professional comportment has had a measurable impact on respiratory care.
Currently, Al serves as professor and program director for the Rutgers School of Health Professions and as the Treasurer of the NJSRC.
